What is collected
The inquiry form stores the contact name or team, reply email, optional website and deadline, the problem description, desired outcome, and selected starting point. Private follow-up messages and the current fit status are stored with the same inquiry. SignalMend does not ask for passwords, payment details, or production credentials in this form.
Why and for how long
The data is used only to evaluate, respond to, and—if agreed—deliver the requested work. Unconverted inquiries are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Contract and transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, legal, or dispute purposes.
Aggregate page views and conversion steps
Public service pages record only a daily page-view count for the page path and daily totals for contact-link clicks, form starts, submission attempts, and successful submissions. The system does not store IP addresses, browser or device details, referrers, query parameters, cookies, advertising identifiers, or visitor profiles. These totals are used only to tell whether the service is receiving traffic and where the inquiry path stops. They count events, including operational checks, and are not unique visitors.
Agent-to-agent requests
The public A2A endpoint stores the submitted text, message and context identifiers, SignalMend's response, status, and a one-way hash used for hourly rate limiting. The raw network address and browser or agent string are not retained. Do not send credentials, payment data, or sensitive personal information through the endpoint. Unconverted A2A requests follow the same 90-day deletion schedule as form inquiries.
Storage and requests
Inquiry data is stored in the site's managed database and is not sold or added to an advertising list. A random status key is issued once after submission; only its one-way hash is stored. The private portal returns status and conversation messages only after the matching receipt and key are supplied, and it never returns the contact name, email, or website. To request access, correction, or deletion, return to the form and choose “Privacy request.” Do not place secrets or sensitive personal data in the message.
Who operates this service
SignalMend is a service label used by an independent operator; it is not a claim that a corporation or agency exists. The contracting party's legal details are disclosed before paid work begins.
